Our typical steel detailing process includes:

    On completion of work, the detailer passes the work to the checker

     The checker does the first level check and takes in to the consideration parameters such as  required specifications are met, standards have been followed, etc.

     If the checker is not satisfied then he resend the work to the detailer. The detailer checks back and corrects the work and passes it to the checker again.

     The checker signs off the corrections and if he is satisfied with the work he passes the work to the auditor who does the second level of checking.

     Auditor passes the work meeting the quality standards to the Project Manager and if the work does not meet the quality standards then it is resent to the checker.

     The Project Manager sends the completed work to client for approval if he is satisfied with it.

     The detailer fixes the work per approval return.

     The checker do the last fit check to ensure all members can be fabricated easily and erected properly.

     The Project Manager sends the completed work to client for fabrication and erection.

We save all the check prints for the work. We can scanned them for your checking if required.
